Our "Onepass" semi-automatic Gluer with the unique "Open Frame" design feature allows us to offer this machine in modular units. It can initially be purchased as a single joint or one piece box gluer and later retrofitted as a dual joint or two piece gluer. At that point it would become three (3) machines in one. All functioning components can be operated as one of independently, this would include the Infeed Lifts, Compression Transport Units, Glue Systems and Downstackers. With this versatility, the machine can be used for:

Processing two piece boxes in one pass.

Processing one order, one piece boxes.

Processing two separate orders, one piece boxes simultaneously.

This machine is an excellent solution for manufacturers of book shelves, mirrors, furniture, flooring and toys who are now forced to manually erect and seal their corrugated cases. Typically the long cases with a narrow depth that are used to these products are well outside the ranges that typical cases erectors can handle. Operation of the machine is simple. A blank is placed inside the machine and the product is placed on top in the appropriate panel. The operator then presses a button and the machine folds the panels and end tabs automatically. A hot melt is used for sealing. The machine comes in two versions, one where the product uniformly flls the case allowing the product to be used as the mandrel. If this is not possible, then our pre-break and servo-fold technology can be used to ensure accurate folds without buckling. Either method is designed for rugged reliable folding. The machine can also be equipped with an automatic blank feed and product removal system. Due to the open style design, we can also equip it fo rautomatic product placement providing a complete packaging solution.
